- I hold a BSc(Hons) in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University London, for which I was awarded a First Class Honours.
- I received the Lamberts Award for an 'Outstanding Thesis' for my honours year dissertation on the 'Metabolic Syndrome'.
- I hold a Master Practitioner Certificate in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
- I have completed an 80 hour post graduate certification program in 'Functional Diagnostic Medicine' with the Functional Medicine University in the United States of America.
- I regularly attend seminars and events in both Ireland and the UK aimed at providing Continuous Professional Development.
- As at November 2011, I am the Chairperson of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI) which helps me keep upto date with the profession.
