Dietary Review Appointment

Duration:        1 Hour                 

Requirements: Keep and submit a 3 day diet diary prior to your appointment

Information:    Do you feel that you are currently healthy enough, but you would answer YES to some of the following questions:

1) Do you feel your current diet is not healthy?

2) Are you confused as to what is a healthy food and what is not?

3) Do you eat a lot of sweets, biscuits, cakes, ready meals, processed foods etc.?

4) Do you not eat the recommended 5 or more portions of fruit & vegetables per day?

5) Does your diet lack variety?

6) Would you like to have your current diet reviewed?

During the 1 hour Dietary Review Appointment, we will go through and discuss the 3 day diet diary that you supplied.  We will analyse your diet on a meal by meal basis i.e. breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch etc..  You can ask any questions you might have on food choices, healthy options etc.  I will provide recommendations on alternative foods you could try and through two-way discussions we will formulate a personalised diet plan that you can write out as we proceed through the appointment.  I have some 'Client Information Sheets' that I will supply you with if I feel they would be of benefit to you.
