Gastrointestinal Profiles
There are a number of different tests within the gastrointestinal profile. A test from this profile may be recommended:
- where there are signs of symptoms which raise concerns over the functioning of the stomach, large intestine or small intestinal or what is globally termed the gastro-intestinal tract
- where a health condition exists that points to the underfunctioning of the gastro-intestinal tract and more information is needed to progress the case
- where there are concerns over the presence of parasites, worms, Helicobacter Pylori, yeasts or harmful bacteria
Information on the test required, costs invlolved, and likely implications of the results will be provided at the time of consultation.
