Immunology Profiles
There are a number of tests within the immunlogy profile. A test from this profile may be recommended:
- where there are problems or concerns over the functioning of the immune system
- where it is necessary to identify allergies and/or intolerances from a range of items including food, additives, inhalants, antibiotics and/or analgesics (pain killers)
- where it is necessary to check for the presence of candida, coeliac disease, Epstein-Barr virus and/or the level of sIgA (secretory immunoglobulin A), low levels of which may provide the link between gut disorders and systemic illness
