Metabolic Profiles
There are a number of tests within the Metabolic Profile. A test from this profile may be recommended:
- where the client is suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and the underlying functional diagnostic factors need to be investigated
- where the client's liver detoxification capacity needs to be checked
- where there are concerns over cardiovascular disease and a comprehensive cardiovascular risk assesment is advisable and/or the homocysteine level needs to be checked
Information on the test required, costs involved, and likely implications of the results will be provided at the time of consultation.
