What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy uses the science of nutrition for the promotion of health and wellbeing. Nutritional therapy is tailored to the needs of each individual client and includes recommendations on diet, lifestyle and the use of supplements. It's aim is to alleviate symptoms and promote optimal health through seeking out and targeting the root cause(s) of symptoms and health conditions.
